Experience

Peter Hoffmann’s experience reaches from Canada, the United Kingdom to the entire Central and Eastern European region. Prior to joining CHSH he was with Linklaters in CEE. Mr. Hoffmann has represented clients throughout the region in complex mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, real estate acquisitions and developments, related financings and arbitration. Countries in which he has led transactions include Austria, Russia, Turkey, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.
