Mr. Hoffmann has represented clients throughout the region in complex mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, real estate acquisitions and developments, related financings and arbitration. Countries in which he has led transactions include Austria, Russia, Turkey, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.
