CHSH supports the relaunch of RechtamBau.at

Under the management of Matthias Nödl (attorney and counsel at CHSH), Vincenz Leichtfried (LV7 Media) and Martin Koczy (m-project), the online trade journal RechtamBau.at has in recent years grown into a very popular, high-quality media platform for legal issues relating to architecture, construction and real estate.

Leading experts from Austria and Germany specialising in architectural, construction, procurement and real estate law regularly publish specialist articles and commentaries on recent case-law and construction practices in RechtamBau.at; the aim is to make what are often complex subjects accessible even to non-lawyers.

"The construction industry sees a far greater number of legal disputes than almost any other industry. That's why information explaining recent decisions and articles on relevant subjects by experts are of particular value to building contractors, architects and developers as this can help them avoid everyday mistakes", explains Matthias Nödl, editor-in-chief and co-publisher.

To stay on the cutting edge, the management of RechtamBau.at welcomed on board new publisher Thomas Kloos and his team at digital marketing agency .kloos who have brought with them fresh ideas and know-how, making it possible to relaunch the magazine with a new design, offering more responsive views and providing adapted content, all with the active support of the Real Estate & Construction team at CHSH.

"When redesigning the magazine it was important to us to focus firmly on the content and present it in a serious and modern way across all devices. I think it works well", says publisher Thomas Kloos, who will drive forward the new magazine concept together with the established team of editors and authors at RechtamBau.at. Furthermore, the plan in the future is to expand the field of authors to make the information offered by RechtamBau.at even more attractive.

The Real Estate & Construction team at CHSH, one of Austria's leading law firms, headed by partner Dr. Peter Vcelouch, who is also a permanent member of the team of authors writing for RechtamBau.at, advises national and international clients, in particular on real estate transactions and all matters relating to architectural, construction and real estate law.
