CHSH has advised data AG on its acquisition of 25% of the shares in ecosio GmbH

Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati ( has advised data AG ( in connection with its investment in ecosio GmbH ( ecosio offers cloud-based EDI services (electronic data interchange) with maximum usability thanks to deep ERP system integration, such as SAP.

Under the terms of a capital increase, red-stars acquired 25% of the shares in ecosio. The transaction included issues relating to corporate and IP law.

CHSH is advising red-stars, an operational holding company which focuses on digital transformation in companies (B2B) and their operations on an ongoing basis, in particular with regard to company law and M&A.

ecosio offers its EDI services and SRM products (supplier relationship management portals) to enterprises of all sizes with a view to optimising their digital business processes and supporting them in this "mission critical" area in the age of Industry 4.0.

ecosio's products save customers from having to purchase and operate their own servers and this means customers do not have to buy their own licences and employ their own staff in connection with electronic data interchange.
