Albert Birkner lectures on M&A and corporate law at the University of Graz and is a member of the jury that judges the teams competing in the M&A Moot Court. At UNI for LIFE, Albert is a lecturer on the master's programme in business law. He is also a permanent lecturer at the Academy for Law, Tax and Business (Akademie für Recht, Steuern und Wirtschaft) and teaches on the subject of "M&A – Sustainable Company Growth" as part of the M&A Academy.

Clemens Hasenauer teaches Mergers & Acquisitions as part of the Master of Business Law (MBL) Corporate Law program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) and lectures on contract law and contract drafting as part of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the Danube University Krems. Furthermore, he teaches frequently at the Austrian Lawyers Academy (Anwaltsakademie).

Roman Heidinger is a lecturer at the University of Göttingen. He lectures on the subjects of intellectual property, unfair competition and international private and civil procedural law. Furthermore, he is a permanent lecturer of copyright law and contract drafting at the Austrian Federal Academy of Administration (Verwaltungsakademie des Bundes).

Stefan Huber is a visiting lecturer for higher education law at Krems University and Lecturer for Compliance at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna.

Peter Knobl gave lectures on banking and capital markets law at the Danube University Krems and on constitutional and administrative law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Bernhard Kofler-Senoner lectures on antitrust law at the Academy for Law, Tax and Business (Akademie für Recht, Steuern und Wirtschaft).

Hans Kristoferitsch lectures on public commercial law and European law at the European Institute at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Peter Lewisch holds a chair in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Vienna; he is also the director of the Center of Business and Financial Crime and of the Center for the Economic Analysis of the Law, both at the University of Vienna.

Armin Schwabl, LL.M. is lecturer at the FH Vienna for Public Law.

Peter Vcelouch lectures on building and construction law at the zt: akademie – the further education institute of the Chamber of Architects of Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland.

Irene Welser is Honorary Professor of Private Law (Civil and Commercial Law) at the Institute of Economics and Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Vienna. She teaches civil law, commercial law and the liability of controlling bodies and also serves on the university’s Board of Examiners with respect to these subjects. Furthermore, she also lectures at training events held by the Lawyers' Academy.
